Important Booking Notice

By booking a hotel, tour, or rental with Fares Tours, you agree to comply with the rules of the specific service provider. Please review the cancellation policy of each individual deal before completing your payment.

1. Hotel Reservations

Check-in/Out: Standard check-in is 14:00 (2:00 PM) and check-out is 12:00 (12:00 PM) unless otherwise stated.
Bedding: Requests for specific bed types (e.g., King size) are subject to hotel availability upon arrival.
Identification: Egyptian Law requires a valid ID or Passport for all guests at check-in.

2. Tours & Excursions

Pick-up Times: Please be ready in the hotel lobby 10 minutes before the scheduled tour time.
Itinerary Changes: Fares Tours reserves the right to modify tour routes due to weather, Nile water levels, or security permits to ensure traveler safety.
Inclusions: Refer to your booking voucher for specific details on entrance fees, lunch, and guide services.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

Non-Refundable Deals: Special "Top Deals" are often non-refundable once booked.
Standard Policy: Cancellations made 7 days before travel may incur a 25% to 50% fee depending on the hotel or cruise policy.
No-Show: In the event of a no-show, 100% of the booking cost is non-refundable.

4. Liability

Fares Tours acts as an agent between travelers and service providers (hotels, transport, etc.). While we only work with high-quality partners, we are not liable for personal injury, property damage, or delays caused by third-party vendors or "Force Majeure" events.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes shall be handled by the courts of Cairo.
